Refund and Returns Policy

If the product delivered by us is of poor quality, damaged, or incorrect item, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Have proof of purchase such as receipt or order confirmation. Without proof of purchase, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred. Any damages/wrong product received need to be informed within 24 hours.

 

In cases of missing items when you order more than one product and you find one of the products you ordered is missing. Kindly take the photo and Video on the same day of delivery and share it with us so that we can cross check and send you the missing item which you ordered.
