We are committed to delivering premium-quality dry fruits. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict but fair Return and Exchange Policy to ensure product safety and transparency.

1. Eligible for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements are accepted only when:

• The wrong product has been delivered
• The package is damaged, tampered or leaking
• There is a genuine product-quality issue supported with proof

2. Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Taste preference
• Opened, used or partially consumed products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Improper storage by the customer
• Natural variations in color or size

3. Time Limit for Reporting an Issue

• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Reports made beyond this period cannot be processed.

4. Proof Required

For return or replacement requests, share:

• Order ID
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Photos of the packaging and shipping label

5. Refund or Replacement

If approved, we may provide:

• Replacement of the product
• Store credit
• Refund to the original payment mode

Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days.
